About Us
Welcome to the Berwyn-Devon Business Association website. The purpose of the Association is to make Berwyn and Devon better places to live, work and play.
The Association was founded in 1931. Membership is open to every commercial business entity, non-profit organization and professional individual or association that has an interest in the Berwyn-Devon business area.
As a business association, we are involved in our community and believe it is important to give back to the community that provides us with a livelihood.
Our meetings provide an opportunity for our members to exchange information, discuss mutual problems and maintain a personal and social continuum of contact with fellow members. Our meetings also provide informative and entertaining programs to assist our members in their respective businesses and professions.
Basic Membership Fee is $125 and includes a business listing in the online Association Membership Directory & ability to host Association meetings.

Tracey King
President
Tracey King is Director of Operations for Accessible Home Health Care of the Main Line. She has over 25 years of experience in the Health Care Industry, including both Human Resources and Direct Patient Care. She is a dedicated and compassionate advocate for older adults. Tracey received her degree from Gwynedd Mercy University, and currently serves on the Alumni Board of Directors.
Tracey was newly appointed as the President of Berwyn-Devon Business Association. She is actively involved on several boards including Women’s Board of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Surrey Services for Seniors, Committee Chairmen of the Devon Horse Show and County Fair. In addition, she has served as a volunteer for the T/E School District, T&E Cares, and Art Goes to School of Delaware Valley.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Tracey resides in Berwyn, and has three adult sons; Jay, Evan and Alex.

Stacey Ballard
Board Member
Stacey Ballard of Eadeh Enterprises has worked in the Berwyn-Devon area for 31 years. Originally from north central PA, she graduated from Muhlenberg College with a degree in German and Russian language and culture; she planted herself in the Main Line after completing graduate school at Villanova University. Starting from the bottom of the Eadeh ladder, Stacey drove dump trucks, dug ditches, carried lumber and eventually worked her way to becoming the President of the Commercial Division.
Stacey is well-versed in commercial real estate practices and asks a lots of questions to best match businesses with their real estate needs. She loves the small-town wave-to-your neighbor feel of Berwyn and Devon; her mentor Ernest Eadeh truly loved living and working here and always gave back to the community. Eadeh Enterprises continues that tradition! Stacey lives in Berwyn and is unconditionally loved by her wiener dog, Tiny Tanks who plays a vital role daily at the Eadeh Enterprises office as official greeter and tail wagger.

Keith Kennedy
Treasurer
Dr. Kennedy was raised in Buckingham, Bucks County. After attending Penn State, in 1990 he graduated from Iowa State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. Following a year of practice in his hometown, he completed an internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York. For most of the 1990s he practiced at the New Jersey Shore where in 1997 he was awarded “Young Veterinarian of the Year” by the NJ Veterinary Medicine Association.
Dr. Kennedy returned home to Pennsylvania in 2000 and worked in Harleysville and Reading before joining Devon Veterinary Hospital in 2011. In addition to working with dogs and cats, Dr. Kennedy enjoys treating rabbits, rodents and reptiles. He has been certified in veterinary acupuncture since 1998 and often prescribes Chinese herbal medicines for his patients. Outside of work, Dr. Kennedy’s interests include golf, surfing, gardening, tennis, martial arts, cooking and choir.

Marc Heppe
Board Member
Marc Heppe was first elected to the Easttown board of supervisors in 2009 and then reelected in 2015. During the past 9 years Marc has held liaison positions with the Police Department, Fire and EMS Companies, Planning Commission, Neighborhood Watch, and Library Board. Marc has also been engaged with the Berwyn Study Group which reevaluated the zoning needs for the village of Berwyn and served on the Village of Berwyn and Library Parking Study Group.
Marc is a board member of the Berwyn Devon Business Assoc. and a vice president with DH2 Design Communications.
Currently, Marc is a volunteer FirePolice with the Paoli Fire Company and a member of the Easttown Township Park & Rec Board.
Marc also volunteers as a server in the Surrey Services for Seniors Cafe in Devon.
Marc and his wife Devon have lived in Berwyn for the past 39 years.
Prior to being elected as a supervisor Marc was the Judge of Elections for the 3rd Precinct in Berwyn. A position he held from 2005 to 2008.

Kim Cuthbert
Board Member
Kim Cuthbert is a creative force in the world of butter, flour and sugar!! Owner of Sweet Jazmine’s Bakery, Kim operated as a full-time bakery until 2022 and currently is focusing her efforts in writing, recipe development and on occasion treats the community to a batch of mouthwatering sweet potato muffin batter for sale. Kim’s biggest fan and rock is her husband Chris, she is a proud Nittany Lion Mom and adored and fiercely protected by Rio her Cockapoo!! Kim can often be found at the Berwyn Farmer’s Market and local eateries. She’s a huge supporter of eating and shopping local!
